Privacy policy

Draft template. This text describes how this site works today. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel and update company details before launch.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, the services you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and your project description. We also receive basic technical data that every web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
  • To keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse, for example by rate-limiting submissions.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to our team through the tools we use to receive email and manage leads. Those providers process data on our behalf. We share information with others only where the law requires it or where you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores one small item in your browser session to decide whether to play the introduction animation. If we add analytics or advertising tags later, we will list them here and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@asoftbit.com.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
