The problem
A CRM only helps if the data in it is current and people trust it. In practice, leads arrive from forms, ads, WhatsApp, email and phone calls, and only some of them reach the CRM. Sales reps keep their own notes elsewhere because the CRM fields do not match how they work. Duplicate contacts pile up, owners are unclear, and the pipeline report reflects what people remembered to type rather than what happened.
The usual response is to buy a bigger CRM or add more mandatory fields, which makes adoption worse. The better fix is smaller and more specific: capture every lead automatically, assign it by clear rules, keep fields to what the team will use, and connect the CRM to billing, support and marketing so each system stops holding a separate version of the customer.

Our solution
We begin with your sales and service process, not the CRM menu. We define the stages, the fields that matter at each stage, and the rules for who owns a lead. Then we configure your CRM to match, or extend it with custom objects, properties and scripts where the standard setup falls short. If you do not yet have a CRM, we help you choose one on fit and total cost rather than brand.
Integration is where most of the value is. Web forms, ad platforms, email, telephony, accounting and your product database are connected so records are created and updated without retyping, with deduplication rules and an error queue for anything that fails. We also clean and migrate existing data, which is usually the least glamorous and most important step. A custom-built CRM is an option for narrow, unusual needs, and we will tell you if that is not justified.
Capabilities
Pipelines, properties, views, permissions and templates set up around your sales process, with a fair comparison of HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and lighter options.
Website forms, ad lead forms, WhatsApp and email enquiries pushed into the CRM with source tracking, then assigned to an owner by territory, product or round-robin rules.
Extra record types, calculated fields, scripts and small apps inside the CRM for things the standard product does not model, such as projects, policies or properties.
Sync with accounting, billing, support desks, marketing tools and your own application so contact and deal data agree across systems.
Deduplication, field mapping and import from spreadsheets or an old CRM, with a rollback plan and a before-and-after count you can verify.
Pipeline, conversion-by-source and activity reports built on clean data, plus short role-based training so the system gets used.
Process
We review how leads and customers move through your business today and examine the quality of the data you already hold.
We define the pipeline stages, required fields, ownership rules and integrations on one page, and agree it with sales and operations before configuring anything.
Configuration, integrations and data import happen in a sandbox first. We test with real sample records, including the awkward ones.
Switch-over, role-based training and a review after a few weeks to remove unused fields, fix routing rules and handle what real use exposed.

FAQ
It depends on team size, how much customisation you need, and what you already run. HubSpot is easy to adopt, Zoho is cost-effective for smaller teams, and Salesforce suits complex processes with a dedicated admin. We compare against your actual requirements and licensing costs, and we work with whichever one you choose.
Yes, and that is the more common job. We audit what is configured, remove the clutter, and connect it to the sources and systems it is missing. Often the existing CRM is fine and the real problem is data entering it inconsistently.
When your process is unusual, such as complex property listings or multi-party case handling, and a standard product needs so many workarounds that it fights you. For most sales teams a configured CRM is faster and cheaper, because you also get the mobile apps, email sync and ecosystem without building them.
Adoption depends on the CRM saving people effort rather than adding it. We keep required fields to a minimum, automate data entry where possible, and involve the team in the design. We also review usage after launch and trim whatever is being ignored.
