The problem
Online stores fail in predictable places. Category pages are hard to filter, product pages leave out the size, delivery or returns detail a buyer needs, and the checkout asks for an account before it asks for payment. Each issue is small, but a shopper decides in seconds, and any hesitation sends them back to a competitor or a marketplace.
Behind the storefront there is usually operational friction as well. Stock is updated by hand in two places, orders are re-keyed into accounting, and shipping rules are patched in with workarounds. As the catalogue grows, the store becomes harder to run than the shop it was meant to replace.

Our solution
We begin with the catalogue and the buying journey: how products are grouped, what attributes shoppers filter by, and what information each product page needs to answer. The store is built on the platform that suits your volume and operations, with category structure, search and filtering designed before the visual layer is applied.
Checkout, payments, tax and shipping are configured and tested with real order scenarios, including failed payments, partial refunds and international addresses. Inventory, accounting and fulfilment connections are built so orders flow through without re-keying. We also tell you what a platform cannot do well, so you do not discover its limits after launch.
Capabilities
Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom storefront, chosen on catalogue size, integrations and who will run it day to day.
Categories, attributes, variants and filters structured so shoppers can narrow a large range quickly and search engines can index it cleanly.
Guest checkout, local payment methods, wallets, tax rules and shipping logic, tested against failure cases, not only the happy path.
Connections to stock, accounting, ERP, courier and marketplace systems so data moves automatically between them.
Templates that handle imagery, size guides, delivery information, reviews and cross-selling without crowding the buy button.
GA4 ecommerce events, product-level reporting and ad-platform conversion tracking set up correctly so revenue numbers match across tools.
Process
We assess your products, order volumes, integrations and team skills, then recommend a platform and map the catalogue structure.
Templates, product data model and checkout are built on staging, with product data imported from your existing files.
We place test orders covering payments, discounts, shipping zones, refunds and stock updates, and confirm data lands correctly in connected systems.
After go-live we watch checkout behaviour and error logs, then fix friction points found in the first weeks of real orders.

FAQ
Shopify suits teams that want reliable hosting, simple operations and quick setup, with fees and some customisation limits as the trade-off. WooCommerce gives more control and flexibility but needs more maintenance and hosting care. We compare both against your catalogue, integrations and in-house skills before recommending one.
Yes. We migrate products, customers and order history where the platforms allow it, map old product and category URLs to new ones with 301 redirects, and check indexing afterwards. Order history sometimes needs a separate export, which we will flag early.
We build integrations with common accounting, ERP and courier systems through their APIs or established connectors. If your internal system has no usable API, we will say so up front and suggest a practical workaround, such as scheduled file sync.
The build includes tracking, product feeds and search-friendly structure, so marketing can work properly. Running shopping ads, email flows or SEO is separate work, which we can take on through our marketing services once the store is live.
