Web & Digital Experiences
Fix what slows, breaks or confuses an existing site, in order of impact.

The problem
Sites decay quietly. A new tracking script here, a larger hero video there, a plugin installed for a campaign that ended two years ago. Each change is minor, but together they add seconds to load time, push layout around as pages render, and leave behind broken links and forms nobody tests.
Because nothing fails outright, the problem is rarely owned by anyone. Search Console shows warnings, mobile visitors bounce more than desktop ones, and analytics has duplicate or missing events, so even the decision to fix things lacks reliable data. The site works well enough that no one calls it broken, yet it costs the business enquiries every week.

Our solution
We begin with a measured audit covering lab tests and real-user data where available: Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, mobile behaviour, accessibility checks, form function and analytics accuracy. Each finding is rated by effort and likely impact, so the first fixes are the cheap ones that matter and not whatever the tooling flags loudest.
We then make the changes, either directly in your site or as a documented list for your developer. Typical work includes compressing and resizing media, removing unused scripts, fixing layout shifts, repairing redirects and rebuilding broken tracking. We re-test after each batch and report the before and after on the same pages, so you can see what changed.
Capabilities
Work on LCP, INP and CLS using field data from Search Console and lab traces, focused on the templates that carry most of your traffic.
Right-sized modern image formats, controlled font loading and removal or deferral of scripts that block rendering.
Tap targets, form fields, sticky elements and pop-ups checked on actual phones, with fixes for the issues that cost enquiries.
Contrast, keyboard navigation, form labels, alt text and heading structure checked against WCAG guidance and corrected where practical.
GA4, tag manager and ad pixels audited for duplicates and gaps, with conversion events rebuilt so reports can be trusted.
Broken links, redirect chains, indexing problems and uptime checks resolved and then monitored so the site does not slip back.
Process
We record speed, Vitals, crawl and tracking status on your key pages, so every later improvement is compared with a fixed starting point.
Issues are ranked by impact and effort, and we agree with you which batch to tackle first.
Fixes are applied on staging where possible, tested on real devices, then released in small batches to keep risk low.
You receive a before-and-after report and an ongoing check that alerts us if performance or tracking regress.

FAQ
It can fix a lot, but not everything. If the theme, platform or architecture is the cause of the slowness, tuning will only get you part of the way, and we will say so in the audit. In that case the honest recommendation may be a rebuild of specific templates or the site as a whole.
We compare lab results from tools like Lighthouse with field data from the Chrome UX Report and Search Console, which reflect real visitors. Field data updates over weeks, so we report lab changes immediately and confirm real-user changes once enough data has accumulated.
Yes, most of our optimisation work is on sites built by other agencies or in-house teams. We need access to the CMS, hosting and tag manager, and we document every change so the original developers or your team can follow what was done.
Page experience is one of many signals Google uses, so speed alone will not lift rankings dramatically. Its clearer benefit is for users: a page that loads and responds quickly loses fewer visitors before they act. We treat speed as one lever alongside content and structure.
